Ingredients
- Scallops
- Streaky Bacon
- Toothpicks
Directions
- Wrap each Scallop with a rash of streaky bacon and secure with a toothpick
- Pre heat Smoker to 200°F. Use any smoke flavour Bisquette of your choice
- Close damper and Smoke/cook until fully cooked, about 1 hour
- Serve with Seafood Sauce.
