Smoked Scallops wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients

  • Scallops
  • Streaky Bacon
  • Toothpicks

Directions

  • Wrap each Scallop with a rash of streaky bacon and secure with a toothpick
  • Pre heat Smoker to 200°F.  Use any smoke flavour Bisquette of your choice
  • Close damper and Smoke/cook until fully cooked, about 1 hour
  • Serve with Seafood Sauce.
